I have over ten years of dedicated experience working in social service agencies and have been working as a clinical therapist with amazing individuals, couples and families for over five years. I focus on helping individuals explore the mind and body connection, utilize tradition psychotherapy techniques along with holistic methods, and create a personal approach with each client. I assist clients in exploring patterns, thoughts, relationships and other internal and external factors that keep them feeling stuck, exhausted and fearful of reaching their full potential. I have significant experience working with anxiety, depression, OCD, and other mood disorders, substance abuse, and self-esteem issues. In my work with individuals and families, I incorporate life coaching, meditation, art therapy and movement therapy in order to shift negative thoughts, perceptions, and make long-lasting changes on a path to wellness.

I also have experience in facilitating and co-leading a variety of support groups and workshops including meditation, stress and anger management, understanding addiction, child trauma, relapse prevention, women’s groups, domestic violence education, creative arts therapy, and parent empowerment.

I received a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2012 and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology. I am also a Certified Transformation Meditation Teacher.
